Alligga Simple Pasta

Yields: 4 servings

• ½ cup Alligga Flax Seed Oil
• 2 Tbsp chopped garlic
• 1 Tbsp dry crushed chili flakes
• ¼ cup white wine
• 2 cups cherry tomato halves
• 6 cups cooked pasta
• pasta cooking water
• 1 cup fine chopped kale
• 1 Tbsp salt

• In a cold pan, add the flaxseed oil, garlic, chili flakes and salt and heat over
medium high heat until the garlic begins to sizzle
• Before the garlic has a chance to color and burn, add the cherry tomato halves
and heat until they start to soften
• Deglaze with the white wine and continue to cook out the wine until it reduces by
• Add the cooked pasta with a splash of the pasta cooking water, top with the fine
chopped kale and toss until the kale is soft and the pasta is coated with the oil
• Serve immediately on its own or with your protein of choice
