Overnight Oats with Mixed Berries

1/3 cup Rolled oats
3 tbsp Hemp seeds
½ cup Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup 1% or 2% milk, or plant-based beverages (fortified soy, almond or oat)
20 Dried Goji berries


  1. In a serving bowl, combine the oats, hemp seeds, mixed berries, milk and dried goji berries
  2. Stir to make sure the oats are soaked in the milk or plant-based beverage
  3. Cover and put in the refrigerator
  4. Enjoy the next morning
  5. Heat it up in the microwave for 1 min if you prefer it warm
