Strawberries Mango Coconut Chia pudding
1 cup fortified coconut beverage
1 cup coconut milk. light
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 medium mango, diced
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 tbsp honey
Combine coconut beverage, coconut milk and chia seeds in a Mason jar or any container with a tight lid. Stir well. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours. Top with strawberries and mango before serving.
