Trail Mix

1 1/2 cups raw nuts (almonds, cashews, or peanuts etc.)
1 cup raw seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc.)
1 cup unsweetened, unsulphured dried fruit (dried apricot, raisins, dried cranberries)
Fun stuff (amounts vary) e.g. 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate, 1/2 cup popped popcorn, etc.
Spice i.e. 1/4 tsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, pinch of nutmeg (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well
store in a mason jar or ziploc bag
No need to refrigerate. Keep up to one month
